Enhancement for Reporting Dashboard (2023-2024)

Enhance the regional Power BI reporting dashboard utilized by business leaders to evaluate performance. Implemented several enhancements, including DAX formulas to rectify KPI computations. Showcased proficiency in Power BI and data analysis to streamline workflows and dashboards.

Data Visualisation for Business Plan and Finance Reporting (2022)

Spearheaded the development of a Power BI dashboard to take the place of a PowerPoint presentation, simplifying business plan review process for leadership teams. The dashboard features filters for region, cluster, and business units, along with waterfall charts and sensitivity analysis to improve data visibility and support well-informed decision-making.

Dashboard for Indirect Cost (2022)

After analyzing the allocation and posting of indirect costs to various functions, I identified a gap in understanding within business unit and finance. To address this, I developed a BI dashboard to serve as a self-help tool for indirect cost allocation. Additionally, I held training sessions for over 100 users from finance and business units, improving both accessibility and understanding of the tool.

Data Visualisation (Tableau) for Data Analytic Capstone Project (2023)

As part of my Vertical Institute Data Analytics Bootcamp Capstone Project, I developed a Tableau dashboard to gain deeper insights into the Singapore Stock Market.

Project Simplification in Reporting (2024)

Spearheaded efforts to simplify and optimize reporting workflows under the Project Simplification initiative. Facilitated discussions and developed an Excel-based dashboard to track time savings across various team members, resulting in a reduction of multiple hours per month.

Accounting Policy Knowledge Chatbot - Copilot Agent

Using Copilot 365, the Accounting Policy Agent was created to leverage accounting policy documents, enabling users to quickly retrieve information about accounts and accounting policies.

Commentary Collation Template (2024)

Developed a commentary collation template using Excel queries and visualization tools such as pivot tables and filters, saving the team 2-3 hours each month. This template consolidates 20-30 similar commentary templates into a single Excel file for streamlined review.

Alteryx Workflow Reconciliation (2020)

During the audit, reconciling the investment listing involved adjusting for new investments, divestments, and other changes, which was time-consuming with Excel, especially with multiple updates. I created an Alteryx workflow for investment reconciliation, saving many hours and streamlining future audits.

Hotdesking Application for Finance (2024)

Pioneered a hotdesking app using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Lists.

Predictive Model for Earnings (2024 - Current)

The current manual templates are time-consuming and often lead to inaccurate earnings forecasts for joint ventures (JVs). I am working on a project to improve JV earnings predictions, demonstrating my capability to drive digital initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. This project involves using regression analysis in Excel and DataRobot.

Sensitivity Analysis for Price Lag and Margin (2025 - Current)

Analyzing the relationship between MOPS prices and their effect on margins through Excel regression. The goal is to develop a sensitivity model that forecasts the monthly impact of MOPS on Fuel margins.

Earning Forecast Template (2025 - Current)

Develop a template that efficiently converts JV price metrics into projected monthly and yearly earnings. This should include an automatic daily update of the price metrics, enabling leaders to access the most up-to-date forecasts each day.
